New Totally Quality Management (TQM)System
We profoundly consider quality, as the way of doing production, rather than the product itself. In order to improve our overall quality to a more advanced level, our company launched a new Total Quality Management (TQM) campaign in 2003. As a result, we have been integrated every single manufacturing procedure into our TQM frame since then.

We Routinely Implement:
1.Raw Material Inspection
Every single TFT panel and electronics component should be carefully inspected and filtered. Any defect or inferiority will be denied and returned back to the supplier.
2.Final Examination
All finished products should undertake a 24-48 hour aging procedure before FinalExamination. We inspect the performance of tuning, display quality, component stability, and packing, and also comply with the customers' requirements and instructions

We devote extra quality inspection points to the whole production line. Thus, preventing any defects flowing into the next tier of our production chain, achieving Defect-Prevention quality control.
